Key Sustainability Targets and KPIs for 2023:

    • Growth in turnover and employee numbers
    • Enhanced diversity in staff and management

  2. Carbon Neutrality:
    • Achieving a compensated carbon footprint in the EU by 2025 and globally by 2030
  3. Enhanced Chemical Management:
    • Reducing the percentage of CoGS destroyed after one year in stock.
  4. Improved Information Flow:
    • Increasing the percentage of turnover with a known carbon footprint

Turnover and Personnel:

  • A slight decrease in turnover compared to 2022
  • A modest increase in personnel by 1%


Diversity:

  • Staff: 58% female (up 1% from 2022)
  • Age distribution: 20% under 35, 52% aged 36-50, and 27% over 50
  • Management: 33% female, aged between 42-73, representing 3 nationalities


EcoVadis Rating:

  • Achieved 56 points in the overall score for 2023 (Bronze)


Personnel Retention:

  • Employment duration statistics: 27% under 2 years, 18% between 2-5 years, 55% over 5 years


Supplier and Chemical Management:

  • CoGS to be destroyed increased to 0.6219% from 0.4244% in 2022
  • 60% of suppliers, accounting for 80% of our turnover, have signed our ethical principles and labor force treatment assurance

Scope 1 (Direct Emissions):

  • Company car fuel consumption: 135 liters
  • Emissions: 332 T CO2 equivalent


Scope 2 (Indirect Emissions):

  • Electricity: 990 MWh
  • District heating: 1300 MWh
  • Emissions: 223.4 T CO2 equivalent


Scope 3 (Other Indirect Emissions):

  • Total emissions: 1492 T CO2 equivalent

  • Scope 1+2 Emissions: 42% Finland, 58% Other EU
  • Total Emissions: 36% Finland, 64% Other EU
