20 December 2023, Bang & Bonsomer Group Oy successfully acquired the full share capital of Paxton House-Poland SP. Z O.O., based in Poland. Paxton House-Poland, is a Polish family-run business, established in 1993.
The company specialises in the marketing and sales of Filtrona Group’s innovative solutions for easy-opening, resealing, and safeguarding products. These solutions enhance the consumer packaging experience while protecting brand images. The main markets served include Paper & Board, Food & Beverage, and Health & Personal Care.
Over the years, Paxton House-Poland has developed a solid reputation as a dependable supplier in the Polish packaging industry, leading its market segment through consistent development efforts and strong relationships with major converters.
Bang & Bonsomer, with its headquarters in Finland, is a leading smart materials technology company.
