Bang & Bonsomer Group Acquires Topplast in Estonia

Bang & Bonsomer Group has acquired Topplast’s business in Estonia. The companies will combine their product portfolio and sales team. Bang & Bonsomer will continue to serve its customers and business partners through an expanded operational network and a larger sales team.
The acquisition will support Bang & Bonsomer’s growth ambitions in the distribution of raw materials for the composite materials industry in Northeast Europe. The company is continuously developing its service concepts, brand portfolio, and service network.

Topplast was founded in 1991 as a distribution company in Estonia. The company has focused on supplying raw materials for the composite materials industry in Estonia and neighbouring countries. Topplast’s team has years of experience and extensive know-how in the industry.
